Athletic Massage Therapy (Sports Massage)

Techniques may include a combination of deep tissue massage, stretching, cupping, and therapeutic techniques tailored to your specific needs and activity level. This is different from a regular massage due to the nature of the treatment and its techniques. Sports Massage is targeted and intense with fascial stretching, deep tissue work,  and trigger point therapy.
Regular Massage treats the general musculoskeletal system, reducing stress, improving range of motion and aiding recovery from minor aches and injuries.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage aids in detoxification, boosts the immune system, and reduces swelling. We offer gentle yet effective treatments to support your well-being.
